Option 1 can be a good reason. If u take option 2 then they might ask ur employer for details of journey abroad if u take option 3 u will have to enclose a medical certificate that u were undergoing treatement.

Checking Status With ICAI (A New Revised Way by ICAI)

U can reply by saying that

u got the forms late frm ICAI 's Rginional office  & hve starttd the articleship earlier and by the time the said form was filled correctly by u (  bcoz ur CERTIFICATES N RECORDS on the basis of whic ur eligible for reg. were nt in place n u needed to search thm) and u recieved the form after signing frm ur pricipal it was already 34 days .

Its nt that difficult only ask ur sir to help u get out of this matter whnever ICAI askur sir on the said topic.

Provided that u hve maintained good relations wit ur pricipal and hes willing to help u to get out of this problem.

But if u mention option 1 thn thy may go in for details of OUTSTN Audit n u may be trapped.

if u go fr option 2 thy might ckh tht partners PASSPORT  whr agin u may be caught.

Medical reason needs to b backed by medical certificates n its nt a safe option.

hey does the condonation letter have to  be on the letterhead of the employer and does he have to sign it for late submission of form no 103
