1. Yes you can use study material for the entire 4 hours in exam.

2. Answers in respect of MCQs are to be marked in OMR answer sheet as given on the cover page of the descripttive type answer book. Answers to MCQs written, if written inside the descripttive type answer sheet will not be evaluated.

3. You can refer institute study material along with any compiler (currently ca abhishek bansal sir's compiler is best which includes all institute resource materials case studies compiled in one book).

4. For case laws you can refer Significant Case Laws material released by institute.
