the best way to deal will b e to find a search of PAN, as the nsdl authorities will ask for some proof of the PAN No. The search itself will give all the details of your friend than u can easily apply for a correction form and get the New PAN. For more info on PAN search contact your nearest TIN Facilitation centre. As far as i know No online info for the same is available

Yes, he can get details partialy i.e Name and address by register from the e-file your returns from www.incometaxindia.gov.in using his PAN NO.

 

 

The best way to get the pan card. Re-applied what ever u have write ur address date of birth etc. Download form from incometaxgov.in and go in change/correction of pan. fill this form and submit it agan its also charged fee and also u have to give supporting docouments and write your pan no too Don't apply for fresh application. it will levy of panelty of rs.10000/- of its also crime.
