Although a rule came about on 29th April 2009 regarding that the articles can terminate their articleship till 15th May 2009 but was cancelled within 2 days of such notice. Now the students who have submitted their forms before such cancellation keeping in mind this notice should have been benefited because they submitted it before the cancellation came into the effect.But what happened was that they did not got any benefit out of this.
So was the cancellation of rule applied with a retrorespective effect, if not so why shouldn't such students get the exemption? Because such articles have been the victim of frequent changes in announcements by the Institute.
The Institute should issue it's notice and shall give some more time to the students for it's applicability rather than make it applicable within 2 to 3 days.
