Non linking of Adhaar PAN
after 31st March 2023 if PAN adhaar not linked the existing PAN will become invalid, Can I apply for new PAN after that ? so that I can avoid Rs 1000 penalty

Even if you are allotted new PAN (supposing extreme possibility), it will be new number while the present PAN card will be in inoperative state, as such all the transactions or registration on present PAN number will be in turmoil.
Secondly, to make present card operative, the fine may be raised.
I have raised this query in the view of persons with agricultural income and BPL holders who will have/has only few transactions and not linked Adhaar PAN due to lack of knowledge and awareness and for whom even Rs.1000 penalty is also big burden to pay
No alternative now. They should have linked it till the linkage was free of cost. Also check if the new alternative is beneficial. The date has been extended to 30.06.2023.
Better pay penalty and link before June 2023.....happy linking
