I need a legal opinion wheather forest land can be mortgate to banks for fund raising (with Dy. conservator of forest approval )
I'm mentioning a clause of lease agreement for for your reference:
"The user agency, his servants and agents shall abstain from the following acts, that is to say."
"From subletting or assigning this land or any portion thereof or interest therein to any person what solver without the previous permission in writing from the Dy. Conservator of Forests, save (i) its lenders to create security for raising any resources and (ii) Lease/sub-let to the SEZ units, co-developers or other ondustries for implementing the project.
