A director while going to fileDIR-3 KYC, during prescruitny found another DIN active for the PAN.
On verification found that the director had issued 2 DIN at initial stage and appointment with all companies has been filed with newest DIN and Oldest DIN is not associated with any company.
Now please guide if new DIN is surrendered how to Old DIN will be taken into record to update with all company or guide suitably
Also at present to comply with the requirement which DIN needed to be complied with DIR-3 KYC.
