but what about the tax liability arrived due to the mistake? amount is 2lac .
is it necessary to pay ?

Yes. It's big amount.
But, you can't satisfy the GSTR 3B without payment...
Also you can't move next month GSTR 3B return without filling previous GSTR 3B...

Sir I agree with you but still under confusion that if I pay 2lac liability ,the amount of 2 lac shown in the cess how it can be adjusted as cess is not adjustable

I think you can claim refund...
Also move it a letter to your local Circle office...
it's best way for rectify your mistakes

thanks I have mailed my application about the same yesterday, again one confusion sir I have credit of 3 lac in Cgst and 3 lac in sgst and tax liability in igst is 2.5 lac so how can I utilise the credit of CGST and sgst in equal amount or first I utilise complete CGST credit amount
