reference to MCA Notification 289 (E) Dt 31.03.2011.
Disclosure of Employees Salary in Directors Report irrespective of accounting year applicable on or after 1.4.2011.

Accordingly, all Directors' Report approved on or after 1/4/2011have to disclose particulars of employees whose annual salary exceed Rs. 5 Lacs p.m. or Rs. 60 Lacs p.a.
The year of Director Report is irrelevant for the purpose, the date of approval is taken for the same.
