the assessee is receving amount from state govt funds for roads, bhavans, construction of bus stops etc all funds are given through District Commissioner.
at the end of project they get supervision charges for projects, at the starting of project Local authority give the estimated cost including supervision income of ab assessee.
queries are
1. Is 44AB Audit applicable ?

referring to your question, I feel your client is a Govt Contractors delaing in construction of various govt funded projects. If this is the case, Sec 44AB will surely apply.
