I am incorporating a LLP. after getting Name approval i proceeded to Form 2 for Incorporation Documents and Subscriber's Statement. This LLP has 2 partners. IN the said form at point no 8. i filled total no of designated partner-2 and total no of partners-2. but my senior says that total no. of partners should be zero.
Please give ur suggestion.......

If your proposed LLP has two designated partners then number of partners should be zero.

Dear Madam,
If you put no. of designated partner 2 and no. of partner 2 then it will ask you at point no. 14 to say yes. Since there are only 2 designated partners, there is no need to attach addendum in Form-2A.
