The usual reply has always been "Kuchh Nai".
Finally I have found "Kuchh Nai", so feel free to serve your friends whenever they say "Kuchh Nai Lenge"

first of all, PLEASE PLEASE translate in ENGLISH as most of the people in south india don't know hindi

kya loge means what you will take ( tea or coffee) and Kuchh nai means nothing
