Job or study ???

its tough situation whether to do job or study. However if company is good & work profile is better with reasonable pay then you can continue the job . If you have only one group pending then then try hard get through CA final with job. if you will continue with your job then you will have source of income but less time for study . Still if you have studied well earlier then you will be able to do better in next exam along with job. However while doing job there always limiting factor of time for study. 

See refernce of relative is also matter a lot when we get job on that basis. So you analyze your priorties in life coz CA results are unpredictable whether with job more risk of getting success in exam but better for revenue and experience and withot job chances of success is there but not gurantee of success.

But if u have not studied earliear then quite tough situation for quitting job.... many ca candidates have to face this kind of situation . so first analyze your study for subsequent exam and if you are not able to study with job then quitting job is last option.
