ITR-U nil tax

In a case ,if no tax is payable ,still due to bank requirement assessee require 2 years return ,then whether we can file nil ITR-u in such case

The assessee cannot file nil returned ITR using ITR U for earlier 2 Assessment years..some tax liability has to be payable then it can be filed..
ITR-U can only be filed if you have taxable income
@ Shivi ,

If you have income above BEL then 234F is applicable and you may have to pay 1000/- tax and tax filing can be done
In ITR- U such facility is not available.
If the income range is 2.51 lacs to 5lacs then it is taxable income only
What you have replied earlier just check it

234F penalty is for regular return not for ITR-U
Open ITR-U and just test check it
