Itr form to use when fd interest more than rs.10000

ITR 328 views 5 replies

Which ITR form should be used by a salary employee with bank FD interest more than Rs.10000 in the financial year.

The only incomes involved are

1) Salary, which is in 10% tax slab
2) SB account interest, which is around Rs.1000 in the financial year
3) Bank FD interest, which is more than Rs.10000 in the financial year

Thanks for any responses.

ITR1...............

Thanks. Is there a limit in FD interest (everything else in the above case being the same) beyond which the form should be ITR-2 instead of ITR-1?

If there is capital gain income or exempt income more than Rs.5000

Thank you Ms. Rashmi.

Welcome..........
