even when assessee is regularly filing ITRs and has taxable income.
confusion is that whether above mentioned details to be given compulsorily , if Assessee has income above taxable limits and is liable to file Return of Income

Not required, if your income is above basic Exemption limit.
In ITR form "Are you filing return of income under Seventh proviso to section 139(1) but otherwise not required to furnish return of income?... select..NO"
