It's been more than a month since I e-filed my it return 1 for AY 2017/18, I have not heard anything from CPC.
My final status reads as follows; successfully e-verified, EVC accepted
Return for AY 2016/17 was e-filed together with AY 2017/18 in July which was processed and refunded within 2 weeks.
This time there is a lag as almost all the returns filed by me in July have not yet been processed. Only a single client whose return was filed in June has been processed.
