TDS to be deducted when payment to composite dealer if payment cover under TDS provision.
That's mean in case of contractor who is registered under composition scheme will be liable to pay TDS at 1% or 2%

This transaction is not valid...
Composition dealer can't give services...
If the dealer is under Composition then the transaction is INVALID
Work contractor not eligible under composition scheme

Yes, contracter is liable to pay TDS as per TDS provision But as per GST act composition scheme is not appliable on work contract.
