i have purchased material from delhi against c form and now i am selling it in punjab. the products being sold are under 8.5% vat cat.. what is my tax liability to be paid

you are selling to panjab, if buyer give you C form then your liability is 2% other wise you will pay VAT rate that is 8.5% in your query.

VAT rate change form state to state in Mumbai(Maharashtra) VAT rate on battery operated toys is 12.5% but for punjab you will refer Act or guideliance.
