Very nice suggestions.
.
Some more points :
1. You should plan your studies to allocate some time daily to those subjects which are the most difficult to you.
.
2. By touching these subjects regularly; the confidence will go up day by day.
.
3. Typical subjects require more practice hence by referring them regularly at a particular time daily; will built confidence in the subjects.
.
Otherwise; you may cover the subject but without any confidence.
.
4. Some subjects become typical because initial chapters are not clear e.g. Indirect Tax.
.
If the primary chapters are not clear; you can't go fast.
.
5. Keep in the mind the use of the subject. If you don't know the practical use of the subject; it would be very difficult to make them interesting.
.
For example; if SFM looks very typical to you; then ask yourself - Why this subject has been included in the course ?
.
One of the funny answer would be - To fail the students; the Institute has lodged this subject on us.
.
But really speaking; not a single subject in the CA curriculum is a bogus one.
.
THE MOST IMPORTANT :
.
1. Try to read more and more either through internet surfing (e.g. at caclub) or referring more and more books.
.
Until you develop your reading speed; it would be too difficult to cover the whole syllabus.
.
2. After studying; don't forget to revise the syllabus on the same day before you go to bed.
.
THE LAST ONE :
.
TRY TO ANALYSE THE TOPICS YOU HAVE COVERED SO FAR WITH REVISIONS.
.
Only coverage of subject MAY NOT help you to pass CA Final exams.
.
(Humour : Don't forget that you have to appear for exams in this MAY).
.
In simple words; I wish to convey a message :
.
DEVELOP YOUR COMMON SENSE ABOUT THE SUBJECTS.
.
This can be easily developed if you know more and more about the basic concepts of the subjects.
.
Example :
.
Many times at CACLUB it is asked whether a particular income is taxable ?
.
Immediately your mind should refer the provisions of Section 10- i.e. Exempted Income. If it is not covered in that; it is not exempt.
