Dear All,
In filing TNVAT retrun we need to give the details of import. We have imported goods and the goods are in private bonded warehouse which is in the premisis of our company only. Now my doubt is whether I need to account them and treat them as import and to take in the VAT return or on Debonding.

You can not treat as import unless it is removed from bonded warehouse and other formalities are gets over.
