Fixed deposits were made in the name of minor kids ( having PAN Nos.), though xerox of PAN cards of minor kid and mother were given to bank, bank has wrongly deducted TDS of 20% on interest on FD u/s 194A,
as parent ( mother--having more income than her spouse) want to show it as her income, but unable to Do so, as the same is Not reflected in her 26AS ,

Bank ( and its CA ) has mentioned that, though a mistake of 20% deuction( u/s194A )
in the name of minor having PAN No., has occured by Bank, there is No procedure for REVISING-REVERSING already Paid amount ,
How to RESOLVE it / or to ask said bank to make it 10 % and REFLECT it with PAN No. of major parent ( having more income of of 2)
