According to me with the constant support and love of  family and friends one can come out of the state of depression. One should discuss his/her thoughts with family and avoid the situation of isolation.

As now a days.....it is common ..so it is very important to share

 

our thoughts n feeling wid our friends n family......... 

 

otherwise very wrong step of our life is tkn by many people.........

Depression is an aspect which is looked down by our society. It is important to remember that it is like any other disease for which medical treatment is available. Family and Friends need to support the patient.

The above five tips go a long way in supporting the depressed and help him/her to come out of depression and live a normal life. Life at times becomes not so easy, not going our way. It seems tough. We fall short of our own expectation and then depression gets a breeding ground. It is important that any symptom of depression be identified and professional help sought as early as possible before the problem gets severe.
