Hi Raji,
Exam anxiety is very common for professional and competitive exam students. There are certain ways and means to control it.
Cricket hero Sachin Tendulkar says he feels nervous every time he takes crease. If you feel nervous it means you want to ensure that things happen in right way, it is good. However if your nervousness elevates to the level that you keep on worry about result and it doesn't allow you to focus on studies / action to be taken, then it's counterproductive.
So, understand that feeling anxious to a certain level ensures you are focused and working towards goal, but it shouldn't cross lines and work against your goal.
How to control anxiety or bring it within in limits?
You need to chalk out strategies and plans to achieve your goals. Plans should give you faith that you can achieve, this will shoo away anxiety to great extent. If your plan is great, but implementation of plan is not up to the mark, then again anxiousness eats you. It's time to review your plan with actual efforts and see if any changes to be incorporated to the plan to ensure it is a live, practical and workable plan to reach goal. If no, then did reiteration to ensure your plan meets goal until it is " yes", then anxiety will be within limits.
