Since CVD has exempted from education and higher educationi cess wef 13/03/2012. How is the same to be calculated for ca final exams for NOV 2012.
In practice manual of IDT for Nov 2012 education and higher cess has been included in all the sums ironically.
As per me, Has to be calculated as per latest notification which exempts sc & SHEC on CVD. These are given just to confuse the candidate and test his/her awarness about the amendments made recently.
