help me how to prepare for pcc costing & fm

hi friends pls give me a guidance how to prepare for costing... i'm straight to CA frm +2. so costing is a new one for me.

i have finished 3 attempts of pcc since  nov08 but stil i havn't cleared any one of the grp. but i'm able to manage all subjects except costing & fm. i'm using padhuka's books for cost.....pls any one guide me to score more marks in cost....

i have to appear for my last exams this may 2010.
