1.She is required to file only if registration is granted to him.
2. You can file nil return & no penalty will be charged for same. If you have some doubt give me your id & password i will filed it for u.

That is what I am worried about.. if she has to pay penalty or not.

In my view,
If penalty is atracted then it's just Six days only.... (600 + 600)....
Other details no need...
Also i don't know the waiver or Assuming based... But, Wait on....
If you check on GST portal for the status of TaxPayer.. its showing Status "

Howver, when I personally spoked to GST team they said... the account to login in GST portal has been canled by State" ST department.".,
Going by their words.. I feel its not canelled.
