1.She is required to file only if registration is granted to him.

That is what I am worried about.. if she has to pay penalty or not.

If penalty is atracted then it's just Six days only.... (600 + 600)....

Howver, when I personally spoked to GST team they said... the account to login in GST portal has been canled by State" ST department.".,
Going by their words.. I feel its not canelled.

ST Deptt has power to cancelled registration if not migrate but you can contact to ST Deptt, they can activate the ID again.

It's not confusing it's just want confirmation. Bcoz, No one said the same way for the "Waiver, No penalty" from any experts, CAs, Consultants, Accountants and Others.... You can file no of returns. but, no more notification from govt... Then how ll said it as above....
