The owner (mother) of property is dead. Where as rent agreement is made by her son (lessor) on his name and with the proprietor (lessee)
In resubmission department is asking to provide documentation on the name of lessor.
Electricity bill & municipal receipt both are on the name of mother.
How to resolve this resubmission?

Her sons but the property has not been transferred to them due to their internal disputes.
But they are agreed to let out the property
