GST cancelled suo motto by officer wef 31-1-2020. From Feb 2020 no GST return has been filed due to which registration cancelled suo motto.
1) Now is there any way to revoke same number or have to apply new number ?
2) If it can be revoked then whether late fee has to be paid from Feb 2020 ?
3) New number can be applied if old has been cancelled by officer due to non filing of return ?

Apply for revocation. Meet your jurisdictional officer and file all returns. Late fees will have to be paid as applicable
You can apply for revocation of cancellation by paying all the late fees and taxes

First of all File all your pending return with late fee & interest as applicable.
1. In term of section 30 of CGST , the cancelled Registration can revoke with 30 days from the date of cancellation order. so in your case the same has been lapse.
So kindly visit to your Jurisdiction Tax Authority request for revocation with valid reason of delay.

No you cannot obtain new Registration under the same PAN on which your GSTN already being cancelled due to Non filing of Return .
