Gst applicability for nov 16

hi everyone

i know that clouds still surround the GST bill and still, dull chances stand regarding the GST bill in this Budget in March.

But considering those dulI chances i would like to know as this is a Constitutional Amendment, will this change be incorporated in the Nov 16 exams of C.A Final or from the next year i.e May 17 exams??
