From today (7 August) morning, I am unable to go beyond 'Let's get started' in Form 10-IE. I think, this is because they are addressing my grievance on inability to file Form 10-IE (Error message: Submission failed: No response received from Server). Are others able to file Form 10-IE today or they also are unable to go beyond 'Let's get started'? If others also cannot go beyond 'Let's get started', it indicates that they are correcting the System.
