Dear Sir,

I am taking articleship training under CA as per ICAI rule. My Query is that Can I file my ITR during the period of Articleship? and my source of income is only Stipend given by CA and income of other sources.

you could file itr-2.... but since stipend is exempt income and i guess income from other soirces would also not be much, it is suggested that you better do not file any return.
