While filing DIR-11 an error message is shown as "You have not provided information that is mandatory for processing this request. Sorry unable to process your request". But while Company is uploading DIR-12, no error message is shown. Is it required to upload DIR-12 first? Please suggest me.

Mr. Doshi, I have downloaded new DIR-11 and tried to upload the same. But the problem still subsist. What will be the solution?

Our same problem of dir-11 is solved by (1) changing the mode of payment and (2) bank.pls try this .it worked in our case.
and if still problem persists , raise ticket and call at helpdesk-
e.g. if u are using internet bank facility then change it and TRY DOING PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD WITH OTHER BANK. and if u are doing through credit card do it from internet banking -

My friend also told me that by changing the mode of payment his uploading problem got solved. You should definitely try this as per the suggestion of Mrs. N.
Further never hesitate to raise ticket and call at helpdesk. It is quite obvious to face such problems since it is time to deal with new E-forms under CA 2013.

Yes. i received the same error message while i was using my SBI internet banking for this DIR-11 form. However, there is no issues for DIR-12 while using SBI net banking. Solution is that we can change the payment mode as credit / debit card. So i decided to use my SBI Debit card. But there was a problem that my SBI Debit card with the symbol of Maestro which has no CVV code in its back side. So, i decided to use SBI virtual card (VISA), which is one of the temporary virtual credit card, available to all SBI Internet Banking customers. For availing this benefit, We need to create online virtual card in our SBI Internet Banking site, by mentioning the exact amount. Amount will be deducted from our SBI savings account and It will generate the details as equivalent as original credit card details such as name, card number, expiry date of card and cvv number. Now,our temporary credit card is ready, though we have no original credit card. Thanks to SBI and enstage for providing this facility. Now, i used this virutal card and paid the fees by selecting the payment mode as Credit card / Debit card ----> Union Bank of India ---> Entry of temporary virtual credit card details ---> Paid successfully. It is to be noted that, the issue happened when i selected the SBI internet Banking. I just tried other bank such as Union Bank of India internet banking. It worked without any error. Since, i have no account with UBI, I again used SBI virtual card facility as per the above procedure and paid the fees to MCA. Dear Friends/sisters/brothers, please try this if you are one of the SBI net banking customer. Thanks.
