Dear frds/ experts,
For a small domestic company having loss, for the f.y.2021-22, failed to file income tax return. I thought upto mar 31st we can file. But now they are saying we cannot file. so plz help me and let me know any ways to file IT.....Plzzzzz frds.
And also for individual IT for the f.y.2021-22, can we file revised return now. plz kindly advice me with details.

Sir, I heard that ITR is for only one who already filed, but wants to do rectifications and also for the companies having profit.......But in this case, both the points are failed. That's why plz kindly clarify me Sir.
ITR- U can be filed if your filing your ITR for the first time.
Here 'first time ' means what? I mean, whether filing ITR for the very 1st time or filing the original return? Confused!!!
