Exam preparation

My Father (ACS) says that for Law/AS/AAS  questions, the answer should bear verbatim reproduction of Sections/Clauses,   which will pave way for scoring  more marks. But many others including me, are of the view that the essence of section/clauses will do. I request my Seniors & student friends to enlighten me on this ... Thanks.

i think its not possible to pen down the provisions and rules of the acts verbatim, they r many and very technicle too...............still its of an expectation of the examiner from student to know what is the essence of a provision and it can be explained by no other way than the very language itself...........

still i went through the examiner;s comments on the student's performance which is available on the site itself...........

in links below, u can see there view i think, they r more interested in students understanding and usage of a provision in practicle life and its consequences thereof........
