Esi, pf, pt, labour laws etc.

Dear Friends,

I am intending to start a business in Kerala. Please help me for the matters like ESI, PF, PT & other labour laws, minimum wage structure etc.

I came to know that minimum wage structure in Kerala is about 6300, is that only basic..?? If the total salary is about 10,000 including Basic, DA, HRA & Spl allowances, and basic is <6300, Is there any problem..??

Please help me on full matters of HR.
