Error filing form 66

Check if the directors who are the directors of those companies are also the directors of the Defaulting companies also. 

If they are the Directors of the defaulting companies first file returns of those defaulting companies then file the returns of the 4 companies.

My client is director of 9 companies and i've filed b/s and annual return of all the companies a week ago though we haven't recevied the acknowledgement of all the forms . Is that could be a reason ?
