Hi friends,
One of my friend registered for PE -II 5-6 years before and he doesnt appear in exams from last 4-5 years. Now PE II automatically converted into IPCC and he already revalidated his registration which is required for every 5 years of initial registration with ICAI as a student. He hasn't started his articles yet. Please let me know whether he is eligible to appear for IPCC without undergoing articleship or is it required minimum no. of months to serve as article before appearing for IPCC.
