Digital signature detection issue

This could be OS related issue, many of the problems are faced due to use of Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 versions of the system. If you can try using Windows 7 version, then there may be likely chance of your issue getting resolved. Try and see, best of luck.

I'm using Windows 7,,DS works on sites like incometax indiaefiling.

Issue solved....in Internet Explorer 8 itself...Enabled ActiveX in Custom Level under security Tab,added Digital signature in certificates under Privacy Tab & Added Site name in trusted sites.
