Digital signature detection issue

I have latest version of Java & Internet Explorer 11,where javascriptt in enable in advanced setting of browsers under internet options.

I could login digital signature in token software of ncode solutions,but i could sign the application with digital signature.

Anyone faced similar issue while applying for Importer Exporter Code (IEC) under DGFF site,

This could be OS related issue, many of the problems are faced due to use of Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 versions of the system. If you can try using Windows 7 version, then there may be likely chance of your issue getting resolved. Try and see, best of luck.

I'm using Windows 7,,DS works on sites like incometax indiaefiling.

It is not working dgft site for IEC Application

Issue solved....in Internet Explorer 8 itself...Enabled ActiveX in Custom Level under security Tab,added Digital signature in certificates under Privacy Tab & Added Site name in trusted sites.
