dear frinend,
if you want to refund your 2year tds but you can file the year of F.y.2013-14 and 2014-15 and if your tds is before financial year 2013-14 you file an application to your a.o to file the previous retrun and refund claim, if A.O. is agree when you file return and claim refund

Last 2 years you mean fy 2013-14 and fy 2014-15 right? You can file both the returns online and claim the refund.
Make sure that you make no mistakes while filing the return as both are belated returns (presuming you are not under tax audit) as you cannot revise the same.
If you are talking of fy 2012-13 it is time barred. Now you cannot file the return. It can be filed only if told by AO. And for which you need to follow up with your AO to get the refund on it.
