Pf minimum number of employees for construction industry

I want to know the minimum number of employees for the applicability of provisions of PF for a Construction and Project Management Industry. Kindly please also inform whether the previous number 20 for "without use of power" and 10 for "with use of power" has been increased to 50 in either case or is proposed to be increased so??
