I filed an income tax return for the A Y 2011-12 balatedly without claiming TDS credit. How could i get that TDS benefit.

I doubt if you can file revised return after filing original returns after due date.

1.A belated return cannot be Revised so you cannot file a belated return.
2.you can claim TDS Credit only in the next year along with the next year Return

strictly speaking as said by all the above CCItes i also agree that a belated return cannot be revised.
But if you take my suggestion you may go ahead and file a revised return, claiming the TDS credit to your account. The ITO may consider your case specially and give you the refund that you are eligible.
