I have received defective Return Notice with error code 310 and error code 80.
I have filed ITR4. Presumptive income u/s 44ad. There is no requirement for me to maintain books of accounts u/s 44AA.
But error code provide to upload p&l and balance sheet.
Should i agree with defect??

What is ur turnover?
Pgbp. Turnover is 426450. I have shown profit of 127935 ie 30% of turnover.
Plus i have property dealing commission 110000 shown under other sources head.

Whether u hv professional income or business income... In professional income 50% profit of turnover in presumptive income... Check 26as... Whether tds u/s 194J has not been deducted??
No tds deducted. No professional income. Only business income
Ooh... Then don't know why defective notice came... Plz talk to help desk... And there is commision income... Tds should have been deducted as his income exceeds taxable limit

If you have commission income then you can't avail presumptive scheme as use ITR 4 (AY 17-18)...
