Confusion in form 112

I joined CA articleship in 28/6/2013 and registered for CS Executive Programme on 5/8/2013 but got registration letter only on 13/8/2013.

My problem is that i was asked to terminate from articleship from my principal on 22/8/2013 now i want to know from whom should i get sign in form 112 the old principal or new principal with whom i am going to join. As the re-registration for articleship in form 102,103 will take for about a month or more so the 30 days criteria for asking permission in form 112 will get delayed.

Anyone Please help me get through this????????
