Ii have been unable to submit Form 108 within the stipulated time. So, now i need to write a condonation letter for the same. The thing that i wanted to know is who do i address the letter to and whether there is a prescribed format for the same. Also, there is no information on how the late fees is to be paid. So, is it safe to assume that they would accept cash or is a Banker's Cheque required.
