Company incorporation

Dear Professional Collegues,

I incorporated the Pvt limited company, when at time of filling the FORM INC  32/33/34, I entered Sharehoding pattern of 2 directors as 99 % and 1% respectively by mistake, only 2 directors.

COI has alredy recd 

Now, it has to be change to 90% and 1% respectively,

whether i file DIR 12? or please guide me what i do for correction ??
