Hello can anyone tell me that is any problem occuring while filing CHG 4 on MCA portal because one of my client tell me that his CS is facing issue while filing the form. So I want to know that is it really an issue or he is making unnecessary excuses.

Sometimes temporary errors do occur, but not a permanent problem.

Mr X having housing loan 

principal 85,061.09

towards interest 159018.92

in balance sheet on liabilities side under loan s whether I have to show with interest or only principal amount ???


plse help me

Actually, Balance sheet is the reflection of your finalized accounts. 

The remaining loan amount (Balance of Principal loan amount) will get reflected on liability side, while interest gets reflected only if it is due.

@ honourable Dhirajlal Lal sir ,if iam preparing 31.3.2022 balance sheet means on that date loan amount I have to enter????

Yes you have to show balance as on the date of 31.3.22
