changes in MOA

Please advise on the following:

A company having its main objects as manufacturing certain lether products. Now it wants to trade in shares & securities also.

If the company has the clause of trading in Shares & Securities in the other Objects  ,  whether the same is required to be included in the main objects or the Ancillary objectives will do?
