If the newly qualified CA thinks about joining for employment then he is not supposed to enroll for the COP i.e he should not apply for the COP. After qualifying CA's are allowed to do any one of their choice. so cop and employment cant be done in a legal way but can be in an illegal way.

You can hold the same and also be employed. However once you hold it, you shall be deemed to be in practice and the consequences shall apply in due course in case of any issues.

You can hold the COP, but with employment  it will be part time COP only and with this COP you are not allowed to attest or certify any documentation.

can a qualified ca doing  ca practice join lectureship of any university if he is qualified for lectureship exam conducted y Ugc????????????/
