Whether we can get reimbursement of Central excise duty paid for purchase of packing materials procured for exports.

Two way is available for export of goods. (i) You can take the rebate after exported the goods under rule 18 of central excise rules 2002. (ii) You can get the inputs without payment of central excise duty under rule 19(2) of central excise rules 2002.
